Our order processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Our daily order cut-off time is 5 pm every weekday. Orders placed after 5 pm on Fridays, the whole weekends, or the whole holidays will be processed the next business day. Our transportation time is generally 3 to 10 business days, and the delivery time is generally 4 to 12 business days. If there are special periods such as holidays, the time may be extended. This comprehensive protection isn't available under the Standard Shipping and Handling option.

Is it possible to alter my delivery destination?
Within 30 minutes of confirming your purchase, you have the ability to update the shipping address in your order details. However, if more than 30 minutes have elapsed, your package will have already entered the processing stage and cannot be retrieved. In this case, you'll need to reach out to us via email to request an address change. Please be aware that any additional shipping costs incurred due to the address modification will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you have submitted a refund request, please take note of the following: the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Due to variations in payment methods, the refund processing time may differ, but it typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
