Returns and Cancellations

·       If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, please return the item for a refund.

·       Due to the specificity of our products, refunds will only be accepted for items in new and unused condition with original manufacturer packaging. If you have taken it apart for use, we will not accept return requests except for quality problems. It is important that you use the original outer carton or another sturdy shipping box to package the returned product with the appropriate packing materials to ensure that the product arrives at our warehouse intact.

·       If you have a refund, please pay attention: After your refund application is approved, the payment amount will be returned to your payment account in the same way. Due to different payment methods, the processing time of the refund to the account will also be different, generally between 1 to 2 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us via email at hello@adndmc.com.

·       Generally, cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, but not after 30 minutes, because the order has been processed, and the package can not be retrieved. We will process your order cancellation request for you within 24 working hours.

Return in Structures

Due to the nature of our personal care products, please carefully inspect them upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations and are free from any quality issues.

For skincare products, if there are obvious signs of use, such as opened or damaged packaging, we will not accept your return request unless there is a genuine quality concern.

When returning hair care products, please check them thoroughly and test the products before initiating a return. If the products do not work properly upon receipt, we will reject your return.

For makeup products, please examine the items carefully for any signs of use or damage. We do not accept returns if there are clear indications that the products have been used.

Please note that any obvious signs of use that would affect our ability to resell the products will result in the rejection of your return.

If the product is damaged differently from the return request when the product is returned to the warehouse, we will reject your return request and return the product, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Return Request

·       If it is our reason (the goods are missing, the function is damaged, etc.) when you contact us by email, we may ask you to show the unpacking video, product details pictures, etc, please keep it properly until the whole return and exchange process is finished. We will ship the missing products to you within 1 to 2 business days after confirming the situation, and we will bear the cost of re-delivery.

·       If you are dissatisfied with the item after receiving it, we accept return requests for the item in new and unused condition with original manufacturer packaging, in which case postage will be borne by the user. The site does not charge a relisting fee.

·       Please remember to contact us before returning or exchanging, otherwise, it will not be accepted. After the return and exchange application is successful and you send it out, please remember to inform us of your information and courier number by email, so that we can confirm the situation faster and update the return and exchange process.
